 Scope of Services

Clear Credit acts as a facilitator, connecting users with credit card offerings from our partner banks. We do not issue credit cards ourselves; the approval, issuance, and delivery are managed directly by the respective banks.​
 

 Refund Eligibility

 
Application Fees

• Clear Credit does not charge users any fees for submitting credit card applications through our platform.​
   

 Processing Fees by Partner Banks

• Some partner banks may charge a processing fee for credit card applications.​

• As per RBI guidelines, if a customer chooses to withdraw their application during the cooling-off period, the bank may retain a reasonable one-time processing fee, provided this was disclosed upfront in the Key Fact Statement (KFS).​Reserve Bank of India

• Refunds for such fees are subject to the respective bank's refund policy.​
   

Dispute Resolution

• For disputes related to services provided by partner banks, users should contact the respective bank's customer service.​

• Clear Credit will assist in facilitating communication between the user and the partner bank, if necessary.​
