We facilitate the application process but do not issue credit cards ourselves. The approval, issuance, and delivery of credit cards are managed directly by the respective partner banks.​
 

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:​

  • Be a resident of India.​

  • Provide accurate and complete personal and financial information as required during the application process.

3. Application Process

  • Submission: By submitting an application through Clear Credit, you authorize us to share your information with our partner banks for the purpose of processing your credit card application.​

  • Verification: Partner banks may conduct their own verification processes, including credit checks, to determine your eligibility.​

  • Approval and Issuance: Approval decisions are at the sole discretion of the partner banks. Clear Credit does not influence these decisions.​
     

4. Charges

  • Platform Usage: Clear Credit does not charge users for accessing or using our platform.​

  • Bank Fees: Any fees, charges, or interest rates associated with the credit cards are determined by the issuing banks and will be communicated to you during the application process.​
     

5. Data Privacy and Security

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.​
 

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.​
